Curfew can be gradually relaxed in upcoming weeks - Gotabaya Rajapaksa

This was said by the President Rajapksa at a meeting with the Maha Nayake of Kotte Sri Kalyani Samagri Dharma Maha Sanga Sabha, Most Ven. Dr. Iththapana Dhammalankara Thera and His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday.

                         


Further, Maha Nayake Thera said that he will request the Buddhists to celebrate the upcoming Vesak festival while remaining at homes. President pointed out the possibility of utilizing electronic media for this purpose as well.
