Sri Lanka's biggest cricket ground to be built in Homagama

Minister Bandula Gunawardena said that. Sri Lanka’s biggest international cricket ground

including 40,000 seat capacity will be built in Diyagama, Homagama.

The ground will be built in 26 Acre land and them willing to completed within 3 years. This International ground consists of Day & Night Facility.  Minister Bandula along with Sri Lanka Cricket President Shammi Silva visited the proposed land on Sunday.

Further, Shammi Silva said Homagama International cricket stadium would be the 2nd International Cricket ground with day/night light facilities in Colombo district.
