Kim Jong Un appears in public
After 21 days of absence which sparked speculation that his health is failing, North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong Un made his first public appearance according to Korean State media KCNA.
Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that Kim was attending a ribbon-cutting event at the Sunchon fertilizer factory making his public appearance. The report also said that people at the factory "broke into thunderous cheers of hurrah" when he appeared on Friday.
Supreme Leader was joined by the top North Korean officials including his sister Kim Yo Jong, Kim Jae Ryong, Pak Pong Ju, Kim Dok Hun, Pak Thae Song, and Jo Yong Won, the report said.
The report made no mention on Kim's health.
However, international news agencies were unable to verify the KCNA report and the photos they've released.
